Welcome to The Crazy 88 (), one of Deviant Art's premire (am I exaggerating? Oh, I'd bet money on it!) clubs for the Kill Bill obsessed. Club members and info about their avatars for the club are listed below, and if you have information that you want put into your character profile, just note me with it and I'll be more than glad to post it! Also, the club is constantly accepting fan art of any character from either of the Kill Bill films, as well as artwork of avatar characters created for this club, for rank points and for the general hell of it. If you have any questions, comments, or need elaboration on anything, please comment on this journal, and I'll get right back to you! I would also like to address the issue of the fact that this club started with the intent of only accepting 88 members. Part of me wants to keep it that way, since it's sort of cool, but a much larger part of me clearly remembers Bud saying something along the lines of: "Well, there weren't really 88 of them, they just thought that it sounded cool..." (not an exact quote, I know, but I rarely get to use that in a sentence...so please don't rip me to shreds!) Anyway, what I was trying to convey by going off on that tangent is that new members will continously be accepted, at least under my regime.

Bio: Born in a seaside Japanese town, Nori grew up teaching herself the skillful arts of various weaponry(Including Katana, Shuriken, and Naginata to name a few). At the ago of 13, her parents died in a fishing accident, leaving her alone to raise her little sister(now 7 years old). To pay for expensives, Nori took up the job as an assasin for hire, and quickly gained quite a reputation for being willing to kill almost anyone if the price is right. Later, she joined TheCrazy88 to have more stability in her life and further her skills as an assasin.

Bios: Miku always was a bit outside of the popular groups as a child, but when she got a job at a karaoke bar to help support her family in high school, her hatred for the common man was cemented. Ko-gal consumerism was destroying her country from the foundations up, and through joining The Crazy 88, the closest branch of the yakuza to her home, she planned to tear the group of the pretty and the popular from proverbial limb to proverbial limb. As noble an aim as this is, it makes her somewhat irritable with the less socially concious girls in the Crazy 88, as they haven't ceased and desisted buying idol singer records and baggy socks as she'd prefer they do, but she does her best to get along with them.

Bios: when he's not fixing computers he's either homing his computer skills or finding new challenges. Brent likes to help out the needy as long as its destructive. But Brent never felt important, so by accident he stumbled on a group called the crazy 88. after meeting with the 88 he quickly was turned down but after a quick phising attack the 88 were impressed by the amount of credit card and personal information of rival gangs he dug up. So now Brent plays an important roll as the 88 tech guy and helping maintain there online gift shop of doom.

Job:Helps her friend in a kimono shop, but also hunts down and eliminates other vampires, demons, creatures of the night, and nasty humans that threaten the general population.
Bios: Originally a girl from the Dark Ages of Great Britain, Keiko was killed and revived as an undead vampire against her will. After breaking free from her vampiric master, she traveled the world in search of a way to restore her humanity, hunting down any vampires and other dark creatures along the way, as an atonement for the blood she inevitabley had to shed to survive. She eventaully took up permanent residence in Japan, finding it a good place to hone her physical and spiritual skills. She joined the Crazy 88 out of gratitude towards O-ren Ishii. O-ren had protected Keiko's friend's business from the medlings of other yakuza clans. As part of the Crazy 88, Keiko hopes to crush any opposing yakuza clans that could cause harm to the general populace, but she sometimes worries about the aggresive nature of her fellow members, and whether she might eventually have to turn her sword (and fangs) against them as well.

Bios:: Born into a Japanese family. Her father was in a crime syndacate and was murdered. Her mother was a bit of a loonatic, and was the main drive behind Quei learning to weild many bladed weapons, learning various forms of self defense, etc. She joined the Crazy 88's by way of invitation. Her skills preceeded her, and she was easily welcomed into the assassin group.
